Vectorworks Advanced - 2011:12
Why Study Here Merrist Wood Campus is a leading centre of learning for Garden Design. CAD (computer aided design)courses are an industry requested skill for any garden designer. The campus has a CAD suite with machines for each student and students benefit from our A1 colour plotter and intergrated computerised lecture facilities. These courses are taught by a gold medal winning designer with over 12 years CAD experience.
Suitable For The course is aimed at professional garden designers and current garden design or landscape students.
Application Method Apply direct – no interview necessary
Entry Requirements Students should have completed the VectorWorks Beginners course or equivalent.
Content / Overview This course progresses from VectorWorks Beginners to include planting plans and schedules, sections, elevations and detail drawings.
Delivery Method Lectures, demonstrations, workshops, group and one to one tuition.
Progression Other Garden Design courses.
Additional Information This course is run on Thursdays from 6.30 - 8.30pm for 6 weeks.
All students aged 19 years or over on 1 September in the first year of their course are expected to pay tuition, registration, exam fees and all other course related costs. Some assistance with these costs may be available depending on your circumstances and the latest government funding position. There are normally no tuition, registration or examination fees to pay if you are aged 16-18 on 1 September in the first year of your course and are a British or European Union resident. This does not apply to HNCs/Ds, Foundation Degrees, Degrees or courses that do not attract government funding.
