Public Services students from Merrist Wood College recently held a number of fundraising activities to raise funds for Headway Surrey.
In May, students visited Headway House to find out how Headway Surrey helps survivors of Traumatic and Acquired Brain Injury by raising funds in and around the Guildford area.
The students plan to hold a College cake sale, 5-a-side football tournament, raffle, street collection and many more fundraising events. So far the students have raised a brilliant £111.95 from street collections in the local area!
Headway Surrey commented, “Many congratulations to all of Class B for reaching such a high amount. Thank for all your effort. It really is appreciated by everyone at Headway Surrey.”
