Thor the Reindeer
Christmas came early to Merrist Wood College this week with the arrival of two European reindeer named Thor and May. John Nutt, Director of Merrist Wood said "They are a great addition to our already extensive range of exotic and wild animals. They will be cared for by the animal management students from all levels from beginner to degree."
In addition two Anglo Nubian goats were born , with a further two expected any day. The public will be able to meet all the new arrivals at future college events in the spring.
